The school is constructed over Plot No. 1173/1755 and Plot No. 1173/1756, with each plot having an area of ,780 square feet. The total plot area of the school campus is 43,560 square feet.

The total built-up area of the school building is 59,107 square feet. The built-up area of the ground floor is 15,529 square feet. The first, second, and third floors each have a built-up area of 14,526 square feet.

The ground coverage of the building is 35%, and the floor area ratio (FAR) is 1.35.

The proposed school building is developed for Vikash Residential Institutions, Bargarh, Odisha, over Plot No. 1173/1755 and Plot No. 1173/1756, under Khata No. 38/756 and Khata No. 386/757, at Mouza Brahmachari, Tahasil Bargarh, District Bargarh, Odisha, PIN – 768028.
